Edible Cookie Dough

This edible cookie dough is genuinely one of my favourite little sweet treats lately (I had 5 servings in one day…). It’s perfectly sweet, has that rich flavour and thick texture that tastes way more indulgent than it actually is. The real secret is the toasted milk powder, which gives the dough the most delicious caramelised, buttery notes without needing actual butter.

Can you believe I only tried cookie dough for the first time this year? After trying the real thing I was HOOKED to say the least. And so I just had to make a higher protein, lower calorie version that didn’t sacrifice flavour (we reject recipes that taste like pure protein powder because cmon .. that just doesn’t hit the same!!).
