This space is dedicated to everyone who loves the art of baking but wants to keep things a bit more “macro-friendly.” For me, baking has always been therapeutic and I didn’t want to lose that magic just because I started becoming more health-conscious.
I’m not about those protein powder recipes that leave you with a chalky cake and disappointed. Whilst I still adore all things butter and sugar, I’ve made it my mission to find the sweet spot between health and indulgence. These recipes will be healthier but still taste delicious!
Every recipe here is personally tested and tasted to ensure it’s actually delicious. No chalky textures, no wasted calories—just great food that happens to be better for you.
