This space is dedicated to everyone who loves the art of baking but wants to keep things a bit more ‘macro-friendly’. Baking has always been therapeutic for me and I didn’t want to stop just because I started becoming more health-conscious.

Whilst I still adore all things butter and sugar, I’ve made it my mission to find the sweet spot between health and indulgence. These recipes will be healthier but still taste delicious!

Rest assured that every recipe on this page is personally tested and tasted to ensure it’s actually delicious. No chalky textures, no weird aftertaste and no wasted calories—just great food that happens to be better for you.
